Job description: Warehouse Driver/Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng
RESPONSIBILITIES – Driver
- All driving duties
- Operating and maintaining vehicles
- Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Inspect vehicle for safety, fuel, oil, and water before departure.
- Maintain accurate
- Keep vehicle clean inside and outside.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations of South African Roads.
- Perform any other duties as directe by supervisor
- Prepare accident and incident report as and when necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES- General Assistance in the warehouse
- Maintain a neat and orderly environment within the overall warehouse.
- Assist receiving with checking and binning of stock received.
- Ensure stock accuracy is always maintained.
- Ensure cycle counts are conducted as per schedule.
- Participate in Stock taking when required.
- Assist dispatch with picking of stock ordered.
- Adhere to correct process flow & work instructions.
EXPERIENCE
- Completed Matric
- Code 10 Driver’s License with PDP
- Good command in English.
