SA Metal Group requires committed, hardworking and motivated individual to join their Security team as a Security Officer. The successful incumbent will be responsible but not limited to securing the premises and personnel by staying on patrol and doing inspections on all vehicles, guarding points and all necessary verifications.
Requirements
- Previous security experience
- Registered with PSIRA – minimum Grade C
- Grade 12 or equivalent with good numeracy and literacy skills
- Willing to work shifts, both day and night
- Flexible and willing to work overtime
- Excellent communications skills

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all gates are manned at all times
- Ensure that all the assigned areas are patrolled at regular intervals
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are fully adhered to at all times
- Searching pedestrians, vehicles
- Ensure that all customers and visitors are issued with PPE
