Job Purpose
Join De Beers as a Patrol person where you will be responsible for the application routine security procedures within an Anglo Platinum Operation to ensure that employees and assets of the company are protected.
Minimum Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow work instructions
- Conduct allocated patrols or checkpoint duties
- Gather information that could support risk management
- Ensure proper understanding of the required actions
- Apply recognised work and security standards
- Available to respond to alarms and take appropriate action
- Effectively use allocated equipment such as radios and telephones
- Monitor performance and enforce access control
- Attend disciplinary enquiries as a witness

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Matric certificate
- Registered with PSIRA
- FireArm competency
