We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to fill the position of Clerk: Branch Administration in our Pietermaritzburg branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area and handle incoming calls and queries
- Perform typing duties and maintain accurate records
- Operate the switchboard and direct calls to relevant personnel
- Provide excellent client service and respond to client queries
- Perform data input and scanning of documents
- Assist with general office duties and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Manage petty cash and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certification
- 1-2 years of relevant office administration experience
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
