Job Summary
Our mine, situated in the Limpopo Province about 60 kilometres from Lydenburg and 40 kilometres from Burgersfort, and is a world-class producer of Chrome Ore. The purpose of the job is to monitor the activities around the mine.
- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the pre extraction process by allocating and managing resources to attain the production targets, safety and cost effectively
- Immediately report accident or incident to control room and senior shift Overseer
- Perform relevant risk assessments as required
- Ensure safe and cosy effective implementation of and compliance to the mining cycle process and procedures
- Investigate relevant issues
- Completion of accident pr incident reports
- Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 report
- Blastic certificate
- Code 8 or 10 driving licence
- Mine overseer certificate will be advantageous
- Grade 12 will be advantageous
- Clear criminal record
- Valid ID or passport
