Job Description
ANEW Hotel Hilton is looking for an ambitious Waitron that will assist in taking orders, to serve and up sell food and beverage to the guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers politely as they enter the restaurant, project a hospitable, polite, friendly, warm and smiling attitude to all employees and customers
- Explain the menu in terms of preparation, ingredients and presentation, practice suggestive selling skills to improve average spend per head
- Adhere to company cash and all money handling procedures
- Input order on plus point
- Bid guest’s farewell and invite them back to the hotel on departure

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- Matric certificate
