Job Summary
Fancourt SA is looking for a person to serve customers in a professional, efficient and courteous manner and with drive and passion for the industry with the ability to maintain the leading Hotel of the World’s standards.
Minimum Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for set up- cutlery, food and equipment, cleanliness, refiling condiments, prepare tea and coffee
- Meal service – all as per LQA standards ,menu advise, taking and delivery orders, beverage orders, safe transportation of orders and timeous removal of trays, correct and quick bill processing
- Clean and re-set- responsible for cleaning up after the shift and prepare for the next shift
- Willingness – individuals must be willing and able to assist with other duties from time to time.
