Job Description

Dis-chem requires an experienced cleaners for their various stores across the Country. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and neat store. Duties will include the store floor, stock room, dispensary, admin office and canteen.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the wet floor sign is up and visible at both ends, when cleaning the floor
• Be available throughout operational hours to clean up as and when required
• Provide a daily high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the store, shop Floor and communal areas, before the store opens
• Be friendly, professional and able to assist customers with full care
• Adhere to health and safety policies of the organisation

 

Minimum requirements

• Matric certificate
• Clear criminal record
• Good in English
• Basic customer service
• Willing to work during working hours
• South African citizen
• Physically fit
