Purpose of the Position
All selected candidates will be responsible for performing all administrative duties. This includes basic reception duties and ok other.

Minimum duties and responsibilities
- Basic receptionist duties
- Responsible for processing postage or courier services
- Assist with tenants queries and billing
- Assist with lease renewal or drafting documents or vetting of tenants
- Looking for jobs on zmDA
- Monthly environmental reporting
- Assist with supply or processing monthly invoices to
- General filing, coping, printing of documents
- Ordering office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth running of office
- Adhere to healthy and safety policies if the company.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Proficiency in n Microsoft Office
- Prior experience will be advantageous
- Clear criminal record
- Knowledge of MDA will be advantageous
- South African citizen
- Valid ID or passport
