Summary
The purpose of all selected candidates will be to deliver efficient customer service, merchandising, housekeeping and other cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesÂ
- Process cash and card payments
- Process laybus and customer refunds
- Provide excellent customer service to give a customer more reasons to return
- Attend to customer queries and complaints timeously
- Ensure the stock is correctly priced and displayed
- Ensure product availability of the sales floor
- Keep up to date with promotions
- Ensure that products are tagged in line with the company’s policy
- Consistently love the Ackermans value and policies and procedures in all aspects of your work
Qualifications and experienceÂ
- Grade 10-12
- South African citizen
- Clear criminal record
- Good communication skills
