- The baker is responsible for producing a variety of fresh baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality, taste and good presentation. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales through delicious offerings at Checkers.
- Minimum Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all baked goods are superior quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the baking area in compliance with health and safety policies
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including bread, pastries, cakes and cookies according to the correct recipes.
- Regularly check the quality and freshness of baked goods
- Work closely with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
