Job Summary
The following candidates will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building, equipment, fixtures and furnishings. Performs routine cleaning including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
Essential Functions and duties
- Vacuums, sweeps and mop the floors
- Washes and dusts walls, tables, doors, light fixtures and windows
- Cleans and disnfects toilets, urinals, showers, tile floor and other fixtures
- Fills soap, toilet paper and towel dispensers regularly
- Assist company personnel and service providers as needed
- Keeps management informed of area activities any significant problems abd cleaning concerns
- Perform miscellaneous cleaning especially requested as assigned
- Maintain facility security
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 8 report
- Clear criminal record
- South African citizen
- Cleaning experience will be advantageous
- No age restriction
