Requirements
- At least must have Grade 10 or 11
- Grade 12 will be added as an advantage
- Must have Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience desirable
- Ability to handle a high volume of transactions
Responsibility
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Greeting customers when entering or leaving the store
- Collecting payments in cash or credit
- Issuing receipts, refunds or exchanges
- Operating cash desk equipment such as scanners
- Balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of a work shift
- Managing a high volume of transactions on a daily basis
