Job Description
As a key member of the store, you will ensure that every aspect including helping customers with their queries, opening the credit cards account and employment verification.
- Minimum Duties and Responsibilities.
- Telephonically verify employment details and personal details to ensure provided details are not fictitious
- Process all customers credits cards applications and ensure that individuals get the limit according to their credit score
- Update customer’s details on the relevant debtors system to ensure everything is up to date
- Ensure customers are sufficiently attended to keep a good relationship,
