Mustard Seed has an opportunity for everyone who can be a guest relation officer at Chatsworth Area, overseeing the information desk from Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Directing customers around the shopping centre
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the shopper or public
- Protect the day to day operation of the business by preventing security-related factors that can cause business interruption
- Serve shoppers with gift cards, queries and assistance where needed
- Undertake other general duties to provide support to centre management and shoppers
- Assist shoppers with information pertaining the shopping centre
