Job Summary
The purpose of Blockman is to cut meat products to quality standards according to the Butchery manager’s production plans within Halaal Butchery.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Taking care of customers with a good care
- Ensure that the butchery is always in good state
- Perform Hygiene and housekeeping
- Responsible for controlling the stock
- Implement daily production plans
- Ensure all products are tagged with the right price
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 report or NQF 3
- Recognised Butchery certificate will be advantageous
- At least 2 years experience in Halaal butchery
- Supermarket experience will be advantageous
- Clear criminal record
- South African citizen
