Job Title: Office Admin

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Nelspruit

Closing date: Urgent

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in administration industry
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Strong administration skills
  • Driver’s license
  • No criminal record
  • Computer literacy

 

Duties And responsibilities

  • Responsible for bookkeeping
  • Performing other administration duties when required
  • Ability to capture data using a computer
  • Manage all incoming calls
  • Maintenance of employees files and drafting of contracts
  • Communication with co-workers

 

Working Hours

Monday -Fridau: 10:00-18:00

Weekend – No work

Salary: R12 000-17 000
